If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, written material, characters, and branding on this site — including “The Legends of Auxillia” and the Talon Quill and Shelter marks — are owned by Talon Quill Publishing or its contributors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other reproduction, adaptation, or redistribution requires our prior written permission.

3. Purchases & Contributions

Prints and contributions are sold subject to the description and pricing shown at checkout. Prints are shipped from South Africa within 5–10 working days for courier delivery. Contributions supporting the project are non-refundable, except where South African consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that misuse the site, breach these terms, or attempt to disrupt the service. You may close your account at any time from the account page; closing your account does not cancel outstanding orders or contributions already fulfilled.
